LIFE TEEN UNDERGROUND
LIFE TEEN UNDERGROUND brings our Catholic faith to life and
breaks open relevant issues for teens by openly sharing and
experiencing what it is to be a Catholic today. Starting
with a weekly youth-centered Mass at 5:00pm, high school
teens fully experience the greatest gift we have as the
Church—The Eucharist. This liturgy provides the cultural
connection for the teens allowing them to take ownership of
their faith. They begin to develop a relationship with Jesus
that is both personal and real. Immediately following the
Mass, teens gather for dinner, followed by LIFE TEEN to
learn about the Church and their faith in challenging and
exciting ways. LTU meets on Sunday at St. Francis Church
from 6:30pm to 8:00pm throughout the school year and is open
to all students in grades nine through twelve.
